Welcome to Art de Gaia. These terms keep things fair for everyone — the plain-language spirit of them: be decent, don’t break things, and enjoy the art.
The service
Art de Gaia is a free cultural discovery platform. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but it’s provided “as is” — features may change, pause or evolve as the platform grows.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and keeping your password private. Usernames that are offensive, misleading or impersonate others may be reclaimed or renamed at our discretion. Accounts used to abuse the service may be suspended.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, circumvent limits, or use it to harass others. That’s the whole list — explore generously.
Art and content
Artworks and cultural material in the atlas come from public-domain and open-access collections, with sources and attribution tracked in our database (see Research). The Art de Gaia name, design and experience are ours. If you believe content is credited incorrectly or should be removed, contact us.
Changes
We may update these terms as Art de Gaia evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be noted here.
